What we collect

We collect contact details, company details, uploaded vendor lists, payment status, and operational metadata needed to deliver audit services.

We use submitted information to review vendor-license risk, operate the service, respond to requests, process payments, and maintain audit records.

Uploaded vendor lists are stored privately. They are not published or emailed as attachments by the launch intake flow.
